CHANGES OR ADDITIONS TO REGISTRATION
After you have completed your on-line registration, you may return to the form at any time to make changes by:
Clicking on the ‘login’ tab in the upper left corner of the registration form
Entering your user name and password (if you have forgotten your information, the system will forward the information to your email address)

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Cancellation and substitution policy
Returning this booking form constitutes a formal booking. If for any reason you need to cancel your place on the conference, the following charges will apply:

* more than four weeks before the event: $100 irrecoverable costs
* less than four weeks notice will incur the full fee

Alteration of booking
Any alteration to the booking with less than four weeks notice will incur an administration cost of $30
I have read the cancellation and alteration policies above*.

Email your request for cancellation to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu. No refunds will be granted after September 21st, but you may substitute another person for your cancelled registration.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original form of payment; i.e. if you paid for your registration with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card.

 

LETTER OF INVITATION/LETTER CONFIRMING REGISTRATON
If you need a letter confirming your registration or confirming your invitation to present, this can be provided. Letters will only be issued after you have been selected to present AND after you have registered and paid conference registration fees. If you need a letter, please email your request to the Conference Registrar at: iuconfs@indiana.edu. She will verify your registration and payment of fees and will issue a letter, as requested.
